I just wanted to take the time to thank Tim and Greg of Molior Construction and their crew. The work they provided is excellent. They are very detail-oriented and the trim work is perfect. They were always on time and very clean with their work. I would definitely recommend them to friends and clients. And when I have another project, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It was difficult to finally make the change over as I was very comfortable with my former general contractor. Your team of sub-contractors were professional and completed my project on time allowing me to open at the earliest time possible.

  My wife and I evaluated three contractors before selecting Molior Construction. Their proposal was the most detailed and thorough. Their references checked out, in fact some were glowing endorsements for the quality and timeliness of their work. The Molior team was very professional. They worked every day according to a schedule, which was updated weekly and sent to us along with pictures of the work in progress. At the end of each day, the work area was left clean and swept. We benefited from several suggestions along the way and certainly would not hesitate to use them again. On time and on budget – except for the numerous upgrades we made along the way, made us very happy indeed. Best of all, it has been almost two years and we remain very pleased with the whole experience!
